报告人简介:

刘建,毕业于yd2333云顶电子游戏app,曾分别在运载火箭技术研究院总装厂、总体设计部工作,目前就职于蓝箭航天空间股份有限公司。参与过CZ-2C系列、CZ-2F等火箭的研制、发射任务。获军队科技进步二、三等奖各1次(均排名第1),航天院所科技进步一、二、三等奖数十项;获得过长征奖章、载人航天基金奖、中关村创新领军人才、亦麒麟优秀人才、京华大地杰出工程师等荣誉称号,曾任航天科技集团运载火箭技术研究院及总体设计部总体室专家,目前为中央军委装备部、国防科工局、北京科委、宇航学会等专家组成员。

yd2333云顶电子游戏app工学学士,北京航空航天大学工程硕士,研究员级高级工程师。是“享受国务院政府特殊津贴”的专家,中国航空工业集团有限公司首席技术专家,yd2333云顶电子游戏app兼职教授,是录入国家专家库的民用飞机专家。

韩维同志长期工作在航空制造龙头企业,不仅有工程研发、项目管理、质量管理、售后服务等方面工程背景,更有从事大型企业战略制定、市场营销、计划管控、绩效考核等方面的管理经验。韩维同志先后主持和参与了国内外多个重点型号/机型的研制工作,多项科技成果和管理创新成果在省市、行业、国防科技系统获得奖励,公开出版发行了《军民用飞机制造工程的差异性研究》的专著,也曾担任多家大型国有企业的董事。历任成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司董事、副总经理、总法律顾问、科技委副主任等职务。先后获得中国航空工业集团有限公司总经理特别奖、“航空报国”金奖、“鲲鹏”优秀个人奖等荣誉。

Trust, as a soft security mechanism, can protect us from malicious parties who offer us resources or services in open and distributed networks. In this talk, I will briefly introduce the definitions and characteristics of trust. I will also give a few example models of trust. There are many challenges when modeling trust. I will particularly focus on the issue of unfair rating attacks by introducing several different approaches in coping with the unfair rating attacks. Finally, I will bring up several remaining issues that should be addressed for trust models to be robust.

张杰Jie Zhang,现任新加坡南洋理工大学计算机科学与工程学院教授,计算机智能研究所所长。2009年,他在加拿大滑铁卢大学David R. Cheriton计算机科学学院获得博士学位,并获得校友金奖的荣誉。随后,他加入新加坡南洋理工大学,担任助理教授的职位,并于2015年晋升为副教授。2017年至2018年期间,他获得新加坡“陈振传”基金(Tan Chin Tuan Exchange Fellowship)资助,赴纽约大学交流学习。主要研究方向:人工智能以及新兴应用领域的信任建模与偏好建模(例如电子商务、车联网、物联网、协作系统等领域)。研究成果发表在NeurIPS、AAAI、IJCAI等顶级人工智能会议和IEEE TIFS、IEEE TNSM等国际顶级网络与安全期刊,曾多次获得IM、CNSM、IFIPTM等国际会议的最佳论文奖。同时任职于多个国际学术协会和组织,包括担任期刊Electronic Commerce Research and Applications资深编委和期刊IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management副主编,以及多个国际会议的大会主席和程序委员会主席。


报告题目:lmproved coordination of scheduling decisions inthe management of airport airspace and taxiway operations

报告摘要:

This talk addresses the real-time problem of coordinating aircraft ground and air operations in aterminal control area. At congested airports, airborne decisions are related to take-off and landingoperations, while ground (taxiway) decisions consist of scheduling aircrat movements between gateareas and runways. Since runways are the initial/terminal points of both decisions, coordinated actionshave a great potential to improve the overall system performance. However, in traffic control practicethe different decisions are taken by different controllers, at least in large airports. Weak coordinationmay result in long queues at runways, while increasing aircraft delays and energy consumption. Thistalk investigates models, methods and policies for improving the coordination between taxiway andairborne scheduling. The flexibility and potential of alternative graph-based models are discussed withconsideration of air traffic rules and objectives. Advanced aircraft scheduling and routing methods arein terms of aircratt delayintroduced to achieve reliable solutions. The system performance is measuredand heuristc methods areand travel time, the latter being related to the energy consumptionx3Canalysed in combination with different traffic management policies, based on practica-size AmsterdamSchiphol airport instances (in the Netherlands). Our computational results show that near-optimalsolutions can be found within a limited time for real-time operations.

报告人简介:

Andrea D’Ariano received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Automation Engineering at Roma Tre University. In November 2003, he joined TRAIL Research School and Department of Transport and Planning, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences, Delft University of Technology. In April 2008, he successfully concluded his Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. I.A. Hansen. In 2018 and 2022, he got the Full Professor Italian Scientific Habilitation in Operations Research and Transportation Science. He served as Expert and Rapporteur for European Commission and numerous national research foundations. Currently, he is working as Full Professor in Operations Research at Department of Civil, Computer Science and Aeronautical Technologies Engineering, Roma Tre University. He is the coordinator of the AIRO (Italian Association of Operations Research) Chapter on “Optimization in Public Transport and Shared Mobility”. He is Associate Editor of well-known international journals (e.g., Transportation Research Part B, C, E) and conferences (e.g., IEEE ITSC). His main research interest is the development of novel scheduling and routing methods with application to transportation and logistics. In SCOPUS, he has 125 documents, 4341 citations, and 39 h-index.


报告题目:An Exact Method for the Integrated Optimization of Subway Lines Operation Strategies with

 Asymmetric Passenger Demand and Operating Costs

Subway lines connecting different urban functional zones in large cities have direction-dependent and time-variant passenger demand, namely, asymmetry in passenger demand. Most existing studies adopt a symmetric strategy to design operations in both directions and sequentially optimize the different problems associated with operations, thereby failing to meet the asymmetry in passenger demand. This study formulates an asymmetric operation strategy as an integrated mixed-integer non-linear model to optimize the entire operational process of rolling stock from the perspective of service quality and operating costs. Based on the proposed model, an exact algorithm is proposed with speed-up techniques to quickly generate an optimal solution. To this end, the original model is decomposed into several sub-problems that can be exactly solved by using a forward dynamic programming algorithm. Based on actual data from the Beijing subway's Yizhuang line, numerical experiments are conducted to investigate the effectiveness of the asymmetric operation strategy, to identify managerial insights on the integrated optimization, and to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology.

莫鹏里,2016年6月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学汽车工程学院交通工程专业,获工学学士学位;2022年6月博士毕业于北京交通大学系统科学专业,获理学博士学位;2022年6月获选东南大学师资博士后(至善博士后)。主要研究方向为运筹学理论与算法在城市轨道交通运输组织优化、城市物流配送车辆路径优化、公共交通网络优化等研究领域的应用,在《Transportation Research Part B: Methodological》《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》《Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies》《Computers & Industrial Engineering》等主流学术期刊共发表/录用论文十余篇。主持纵向课题6项,包括国家自然基金委青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、江苏省科学技术厅青年科学基金项目、江苏省人力资源和社会保障厅卓越博士后项目、轨道交通控制与安全国家重点实验室(北京交通大学)开放课题等。获CTS2023优秀博士论文、2020年INFORMS铁路应用学部学生论文竞赛一等奖、江苏创新创业优秀博士后、江苏省卓越博士后、第十七届中国不确定系统年会运筹优秀论文奖、哈尔滨工业大学优秀毕业生(本科)、北京交通大学优秀毕业生(研究生)、北京交通大学校长奖学金(提名)等荣誉称号。
